An introduction to Backbends!
We will be spending some time building our understanding of Backbends. We can use supports for backbends, and work towards the full poses.
The practice of Backbends bring a sense of lightness and freedom to the mind and body.
Join me over the Easter weekend for 4 days of practice!
8am to 10am each day. If Sunday morning is busy we could do a Sunday afternoon session.
